The large size has a 24 by 15 inch bed with bolsters on a hardwood and metal frame, and the listing says it holds up to 40 lbs. The bed is sewn into a sleeve instead of zipped on, and can be removed to machine wash (cold wash, low tumble dry).

It uses 3-inch suction cups and a stainless steel cable, and the listing says it holds more than 40 lb. The mat is removable, and the title calls the hammock waterproof and the cover flannel.

Your window first
Measure before you buy. Hook-on perches need a slot at the sill, and suction perches need enough smooth, flat glass.
Weight limit
Compare the stated limit with your cat's weight. The limits here are the manufacturers' own figures.
Washable bed
A removable cover you can wash matters on a perch your cat uses daily. Check the care line, which sometimes disagrees with the title.
A view
Put it where your cat can see outdoors. The environmental needs guidelines recommend a resting spot with outdoor visibility [1].
